The bloke with the crate
I started DJing at 16 in Bedford. First The Studio on Midland Road, then Matt's Place, which was not a club. It was Matt's place.
These days I film myself talking about records with a turntable behind me. UK garage and house mostly, from every era, and something else on a Saturday when the mood takes me.
In lockdown I streamed every week from decks set up on the dining room table. The table has not fully recovered.
